Our new website plots give members a personal space connected to one of AVITRON’s illustrated territories. Use yours to introduce yourself, tell your story, share your creations, or give your business a home in the community. Explore the territories and choose your plot Visit the interactive territory map to explore AVITRON’s different landscapes and characters. Each territory currently contains eight numbered website plots, with inland and waterfront locations. The map shows which plots are available, reserved during checkout, or sold. Select a plot to open its page, review its current price and purchase terms, and continue to secure checkout through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, your plot is marked SOLD, ownership appears under My Land, and your profile receives a Land Owner badge. Create a page that represents you Every purchased plot comes with its own customizable page. Owners can: - Give the page a distinctive title. - Add a personal introduction, story, or business description. - Upload, replace, or remove a banner. - Return anytime to update their content. Your plot can become a personal showcase, a creator’s corner, or a place to introduce your business to other AVITRON members. Publish news, articles, images, and business promotions Your plot page includes a News & business showcase section. Choose Create an update, then select either News / blog update or Business promotion. Add a title and message, upload an optional image, and include an optional HTTPS website link. Each update supports one image. You can publish multiple updates to share more stories, announcements, or images. New updates appear first, and visitors can load older entries. Owners can edit their updates, replace or remove images, and delete content when needed. Waterfront ownership includes a community spotlight News and blog updates from waterfront plots purchased for $5 or more are eligible for previews in From our plot owners, appearing on: - The main community homepage. - The Worlds page. - The territory map. - My Land. These sections show up to three recent eligible articles, with no more than one article per plot. Each preview links readers back to the original update. This gives waterfront owners an additional opportunity to introduce their stories to the community. Placement changes as newer eligible articles are published; a permanent position, specific audience size, or number of views is not guaranteed. Business promotion entries remain on their plot pages. They are separate from AVITRON’s paid advertising campaigns. Transparent pricing as territories fill Prices for unsold plots follow the number of completed, currently owned purchases within each territory: Plots sold in a territory Inland plot Waterfront plot 0–3 of 8 $1 USD $5 USD 4–5 of 8 $2 USD $7 USD 6–7 of 8 $3 USD $10 USD When all eight plots are owned, the territory is sold out. Reservations do not count toward these stages. Refunds or payment reversals can lower a territory’s pricing stage. The current asking price is shown before checkout. Existing owners do not pay extra when prices increase. Your completed purchase keeps its original price. These are AVITRON’s asking prices for remaining plots—not an appraisal of an owner’s plot or a guarantee of future profit. One purchase, no recurring land fee A plot is a one-time purchase that gives your account control of its numbered website page while the service operates, subject to AVITRON’s rules and purchase terms. These plots are website features. They do not include real estate, a playable 3D property, or land in an OpenSimulator grid. The territory artwork and map positions are illustrative concepts rather than measured property boundaries. Rentals, resale, ownership transfers, and cash withdrawals are not currently available. Purchasing a plot does not promise rental income, investment returns, or future grid access. Built for our members Plot pages are available within the signed-in community. Member blocks and account restrictions apply, and moderators can remove inappropriate updates. All content must follow AVITRON’s community rules.
