Privacy Policy
Effective October 14, 2026 · Version 2026-10-14.2
Information we process
We process account identifiers and email addresses, sign-in provider information, display names, optional biographies, saved starter-avatar preferences, posts, replies, shared community chat messages, chat rules acceptance, chat activity timestamps, message reports and chat mutes, blog articles and discussion, member stores and item listings, group/page/store banners, uploaded media, reactions, memberships, and moderation records. We also record your policy version, acceptance time, and 18+ declaration. This acceptance process does not request your date of birth or identity documents.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate members, run community features, store and display content, support accounts, moderate abuse, and maintain service security. Infrastructure providers may process connection and technical log information needed to deliver and secure the service.
Who can see information
Administrator journal articles and their illustrations are available before community sign-in, including previews beside registration. Shared chat messages are visible to members who accept the chat rules. Chat activity is used to show who was recently active in the room; report details and mute reasons are available to staff. Member discussion replies remain behind sign-in. Profiles and other shared community content are visible to members who can access the community. Do not assume groups or uploaded media are private. Account email addresses are not displayed in the member directory. Authorized administrators can access account details for support and moderation; moderators have limited permissions.
Service providers
Supabase provides account authentication. The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare-backed database and media storage. If you choose Google sign-in, Google also processes that authentication under its own policies. Hosting access can also involve ChatGPT sign-in. Providers may process information outside your location.
Advertising and tracking
Advertising campaigns store creative, destination URLs, budgets, review notes, and payment references. When delivery is enabled, we record ad view and click events tied to member identifiers to measure delivery and limit repeat charges. For click protection, the system derives a daily network identifier from the connection IP address and a server secret; the advertising ledger does not store the raw IP. The payment integration uses Stripe-hosted checkout; AVITRON does not receive full card numbers. Real-money payments and public ad delivery are not yet enabled. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking. We will update this notice before introducing materially different data uses. We do not currently sell member information or share it with advertising networks for targeted advertising.
Storage and retention
Account and community records are stored to provide the service. Moderation and restriction records may remain to prevent abuse and document decisions. Deletion requests are reviewed by an administrator; deletion from active systems may not immediately remove provider backups or copies made by others. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that our providers cannot support.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile, delete your own posts, sign out, and clear browser storage. Email arpholdings@gmail.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify account ownership without asking for your password. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.
Adults only and security
AVITRON is for people 18 and older. Report an account believed to belong to a minor to administration. We use authentication and access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload sensitive personal documents.
