Advertising Policy
Effective October 14, 2026 · Version 2026-10-14.2
Availability
The campaign dashboard and review workflow are available in a test environment. Real-money payments and public ad delivery remain disabled pending activation. Test campaigns and test balances do not represent real money or purchased advertising.
Permitted formats and review
Supported formats are sponsored feed posts, image banners, and video ads. Ads must be clearly labeled Sponsored or Advertisement. Moderators review submitted creative, copy, advertiser identity, and destination pages. Editing a creative pauses delivery and requires another review. Approval is required before funding; funding does not start delivery automatically.
Prohibited advertising
No pornography, sexually explicit material, exploitation, illegal goods, scams, malware, impersonation, hate, or graphic violence. Do not make deceptive claims, hide charges, use fake endorsements, or misuse others’ intellectual property. Landing pages must follow the same standards as the ad.
Advertiser responsibilities
Advertisers must be adults authorized to promote the business or offer, own or license their creative, accurately describe their offers, and comply with applicable requirements. Ads may not imply AVITRON endorsement.
Campaign budgets and click billing
Campaigns use prepaid USD budgets, not subscriptions. The dashboard shows the fixed price per qualified click, total budget, and daily cap before creation and payment. The price is retained for that campaign. Daily caps reset at midnight UTC. Campaigns can run until paused, removed, or their usable budget runs out; there is no guaranteed delivery volume, sales outcome, or completion date. Video plays and impressions are not charged. Amounts smaller than the click price remain unspent.
Qualifying clicks and abuse
A billable click is a signed-in member’s outbound ad-button interaction following a recorded ad view, subject to server validation and spending limits. Repeat clicks by the same member or daily network identifier on the same campaign in one UTC day are not billed again. Advertiser self-clicks, stale ad tokens, and interactions exceeding frequency limits are excluded. These controls reduce abuse but do not guarantee that every fraudulent interaction is detected. Do not use bots, coordinated click activity, or incentives to manipulate charges. Contact support with campaign details to dispute invalid clicks.
Pausing, cancellation, and refunds
You may pause a campaign at any time; delivery also stops when the available budget or daily cap cannot cover another click. Request a refund from the dashboard to stop delivery and ask support to review the unspent prepaid balance. Valid delivered clicks are not refundable except where required by law or a billing correction applies. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method; timing depends on the processor and bank. A request is not an automatic refund. Test payments cannot be refunded as real money. No recurring charges are authorized.
