Welcome to AVITRON
These terms govern AVITRON Community Board. You must be at least 18 years old and agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines to participate. Age confirmation is a self-declaration, not identity verification. Do not create an account for a minor or misrepresent your age.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your login, and report suspected misuse. You are responsible for your activity. Do not impersonate others, evade suspensions, or share credentials to bypass restrictions.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You give AVITRON permission to store, display, format, and distribute it within the service as needed to operate the community and moderate it. Upload only material you own or have permission to share, including music and people’s likenesses. Do not post confidential information. Other members may copy content they can see.
Community conduct and moderation
The Community Guidelines apply to profiles, names, posts, replies, community chat, groups, pages, images, videos, and promotional content. We may remove or edit prohibited content, restrict features, or suspend or delete accounts. Serious violations may lead to immediate action. You may request review using the contact below. Automated word filtering does not guarantee detection of prohibited material.
Availability and paid features
Community registration currently has no AVITRON registration fee. The advertising dashboard is available in test mode; real-money advertising and virtual-world access are not currently enabled. Any future paid feature will disclose its price and applicable terms before purchase. Features may change or become unavailable; keep your own copies of uploads.
Responsibility
Member content and external links are not endorsements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of user content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be identified by a new policy version and, where appropriate, renewed acceptance. Contact AVITRON administration at arpholdings@gmail.com for support, disputes, copyright concerns, or account requests. Include relevant links and details; never send your password.
