Account & Data Deletion

Request deletion without signing in
To request deletion of your AVITRON Community account or personal data, email arpholdings@gmail.com with the subject AVITRON data deletion request. You do not need to log in or register to make a request.
What to include
Send the request from the email address associated with your AVITRON account when possible. Include your display name or profile link, your sign-in method (email, Google, or Facebook), and whether you want your whole account deleted or particular data removed. Identify any specific content by its link. If you cannot access your account email, explain that in your message so administration can arrange another ownership check.
Protect your account
An administrator reviews requests and may ask for information needed to verify ownership before deleting data. Never send your password, login codes, App Secret, payment-card details, or identity documents in the initial request. Submitting a request does not immediately delete an account.
What happens next
Administration reviews the scope of your request and verifies account ownership. Account deletion removes your sign-in account and profile and deletes associated content through the administration tools. Additional records or uploaded files may require manual review. Ask about any group or business board you manage, store, advertising activity, or shared content so administration can explain what will be removed or retained. Deletion is permanent; save any content you wish to keep before requesting it. Contact the same email address for a status update.
Retention and copies
Some moderation, security, transaction, or dispute records may need to remain where required or justified. Group and page records may remain for community continuity. Provider backups and copies held by other members may not disappear immediately when active records are deleted. Administration can explain any retained information and the reason as part of your request; this page does not promise instant erasure of all copies.
If you used Facebook Login
You can also remove AVITRON Community from Facebook settings under Apps and websites to disconnect Facebook access. Disconnecting Facebook alone does not delete your AVITRON account or data already stored by AVITRON. To request that deletion, email arpholdings@gmail.com using the instructions above and mention Facebook Login. These instructions also apply if Facebook Login is still being tested.
Other sign-in methods
The same deletion request process applies to accounts created with email and password or Google. Deleting your AVITRON account does not delete your Google or Facebook account.
